T cell immunogens are specialized proteins designed to induce a T cell response. These recombinant proteins consist of a genetically-modified bacterial toxin (LFn) fused to MPox Virus DNA Polymerase or dsRNA Binding Protein.

Recombinant proteins contain a C-terminal His-tag, produced in E. coli, and purified via affinity chromatography.
